Your appointments are very important to SHD. Your appointment is held just for you and we ask if you would like to cancel or change your appointment date or time, it must be done 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE, YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO DO SO ONCE. THE DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER. Make sure you shampoo your hair at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the hair is not clean there will be an extra charge of 35 dollars for a shampoo unless the selected service says it is included. Cash only is required once services are rendered. If you are tardy or late, all appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. Thank you for your cooperation.
